Service Sector: Price Increases Expected

The business climate indicator in the service sector was somewhat less positive than last month. Survey participants were less optimistic about the future, but nevertheless almost reconfirmed last month’s very positive assessments of the current business situation. There were higher expectations of rising prices and growing staff requirements. Service providers cited bureaucracy, the minimum wage and the administrative work arising from it as constraints on business activity.
