Improved business situation and expectations

The improvement of the business climate in the service sector resulted particularly from the even more positive judgements of the current business situation, but also with regard to future development optimism has increased again. Turnover has increase over the previous-year figures and firms also expect increasing demand in the coming months. The share of firms that plan to take on additional staff has decreased somewhat although the lack of skilled personnel is having a negative effect on business.
