Wholesaling: Current Business Situation and Outlook More Favourable

In wholesaling the business climate continued to improve. Assessments of the current business situation and the six-month business outlook picked up considerably. The wholesalers surveyed were more frequently in a position to implement price increases and were clearly more satisfied with developments in their sales compared to the same month last year. Prices increases are also expected over the months ahead. Thanks to falling inventories, ordering plans are still more expansive.
