As part of a special question published in the Ifo World Economic Survey of April 2016, survey participants were asked to what extent they expect immigration policy in their country for highly-qualified professionals, low-skilled workers and refugees to change over the next five years. The majority of the WES economic experts surveyed expect a more restrictive immigration policy for low-skilled workers and refugees.
