Service Sector: Business Climate Indicator Continues to Fall

In the service sector survey participants are marginally less optimistic about the months ahead. They are no longer quite as happy with their current business situation as last month. The climate indicator continued to decline, but still remains markedly higher than the long-term average. Many service providers are satisfied with their order situation. Personnel plans are more expansively oriented, but more than one in four companies reported a constraint on their business activity through a lack of highly-skilled workers.
