Ifo Business Survey for December 2016 in Brief: The German Economy Stages End-of-Year Rally

The Ifo Business Climate Index rose from 110.4 points to 111.0 points in December. Assessments of the current business situation reached their highest level since February 2012. The business outlook for the first half of 2017 was also slightly more optimistic.
