Wholesaling: Business Climate Indicator Continues to Rise

The business climate indicator rose in January. This was due to better assessments of the current business situation. The business outlook, by contrast, was assessed more cautiously than in December. This figure fell for the second month in succession, but remained above last month’s average. Demand regained impetus, but pressure on sales prices nevertheless rose.
