Services: third consecutive decline in the Business Climate Indicator

The surveyed service providers were less satisfied with their current business situation in March, and now for the fourth consecutive month regard the six-month business outlook less confidently. The order situation, on balance, was only slightly positive. In anticipation of increasing demand, personnel plans are still expansive though less so than previously.
