Service Sector: Current Business Situation Improves

The service providers surveyed expressed greater confidence in their six-month business outlook. Their assessments of the current business situation also improved and the business climate indicator rose clearly. Service providers would like to recruit more personnel, but 20% of survey participants reported a shortage of qualified staff. Capacity utilisation reached 85.3%, which is exactly the same figure as seen in the same quarter last year.
