Retailing: Outlook Improves Slightly

The business climate indicator for retailing dipped slightly in December due to less positive assessments of the current business situation. At the same time, however, retailers were somewhat less sceptical about future business developments. According to survey results, prices are expected to continue to rise in the near future. Retailers will further expand their staff base.
