Retailing: Business Outlook Brightens

The business climate indicator for retailing remained almost unchanged in January. Business expectations brightened slightly, while positive assessments of the current business situation fell marginally, despite more favourable developments in terms of revenues. Retailers reported less restrictive ordering plans. Fewer retailers plan to implement price increases than in December.
