Wholesaling: Excellent Current Business Situation Prevails

The business climate in wholesaling improved considerably in July. Survey participants’ satisfaction with their current business situation reached its highest level since February 2012 and reported upturns in turnover growth, as well as lower inventory overhangs. Wholesalers were also more optimistic about future business developments. They plan to expand their order volumes and expand their staff base.
