Service Sector: Firms Expect Lower Growth in Staff Base

The business climate index in the service sector continued to fall. Although survey participants are somewhat more optimistic about the future, their assessments of their current business situation were less positive. Despite an unexpected increase in turnover and/or demand in the months ahead, companies scaled back their personnel plans. They still expect prices to rise.
