Retailing: Excellent Business Situation

The business climate indicator for retailing reached its highest value since May 2011. More firms assessed their current business situation positively and expressed greater confidence about their future business developments than last month. Only isolated retailers expect to implement price increases. Retailers are planning an increase in staff numbers for the first time in three months.
