Retailing: Business Expectations More Sceptical

The business climate indicator for retailing fell in April after rising for the last three months. Survey participants not only assessed their current business situation less positively, but also fear that business developments will be less favourable over the next six months. Turnover was considerably higher than the level seen in March. According to survey results, prices will rise in the months ahead.
