Manufacturing: Expectations Turn More Positive

The business climate in manufacturing improved this month. After a slight decline in October assessments of the current business situation almost returned to the level reached in September. Despite a small dip in demand the order backlog nevertheless remained satisfactory. Manufacturers assessed their business outlook as better than in previous months, partly because they expect stronger stimuli from abroad.
