Service Sector: Optimism Grows

After three consecutive decreases, the business climate for the German service sector improved in October. The current business situation reached + 34 balance points, and thus returned to the level last seen in August. Moreover, service providers are also more positive about future business developments. The service providers are more willing to recruit new staff and expect turnover to rise in the months ahead.
