Manufacturing: Favourable Business Outlook

The business climate in manufacturing improved slightly. Although the manufacturers surveyed were slightly less satisfied with their current business situation than last month, they expressed greater confidence about future business developments. According to firm reports, stock levels continued to return to normal. Manufacturers expressed a greater willingness to recruit new staff.
