Energy Supply: What Are the Alternatives for Europe? – Europe’s Own Energy

Many European countries are concerned that the crisis in Ukraine is threatening the security of their energy supply. Josef Braml, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik, believes that Europe will remain dependent on energy supplies from Russia for some time to come. The crisis should nevertheless be used as an opportunity to put Europe’s own energy supplies on a more forward-looking track.
