Wholesaling: Favourable Situation and Promising Outlook

The business climate in wholesaling improved in November. Wholesalers were very satisfied with their current business situation and reported lower inventory overhangs. They also expressed greater optimism about the months ahead and plan to increase their ordering volumes. A significantly higher number of companies planned to increase their sales prices and their personnel plans are, on balance, expansively oriented.
