Retailing: Expectations More Optimistic

The business climate indicator for retailing increased clearly. Survey participants assessed their current business situation more positively than last month and were also far more optimistic about their future business developments. The number of retailers planning sales price increases in the months ahead was no longer as high as last month. Their staffing plans remained slightly growth-oriented.
