Retailing: Assessments of Current Business Situation Less Positive

After a slight increase in May, the business climate indicator for retailing fell in June. Retailers were less satisfied with their current business situation than last month. Their business expectations, however, brightened once again. Survey participants also continued to report restrictive ordering plans, while their recruitment plans point to a reduction in staff numbers.
