Equipment Investment Booms – Leasing wins Market Share

According to the results of the latest Ifo economic survey in the leasing sector, investments by leasing companies look set to increase significantly, after meagre growth in 2010 and 2011. Average annual growth in new leases for equipment may total 11.8%. The investment indicator based on the inventory assessments of leasing firms signals a nominal increase of around 6% in 2012, whereby the investment dynamic looks set to slow significantly in the second half of the year.
