Ifo Business Survey in July 2011

The Ifo Business Climate for German industry and trade worsened noticeably in July after having improved in the previous month. The firms are no longer quite so satisfied with current business but their situation assessments are just as favourable as in the spring of the year. Even with weakening business expectations, the German economy is still basking in a summer high.
