From the CO2 regulation to a system of mobility

Ferdinand Dudenhöffer, University of Duisburg-Essen, shows that the auto manufacturers are in a good position to prepare themselves for the CO2 requirements of the EU Commission and that they will reach their CO2 goals to a great extent already before 2012.
