Economic crisis, remuneration systems and sustainable corporate development

In his comment Michael Adams, University of Hamburg, argues that the legislative proposal on executive board remuneration is not an effective reaction to the banking crisis. This mainly "dirigistic hotchpotch of regulations" will lead to no progress since the "superfluous and harmful elements count more than the few useful ones". In his opinion it would be better to pass no law at all.
