Business climate brightens again

The business climate in the service sector clearly improved. Although the enter-prises judged their current situation a little less positively than in the previous month, with regard to the business outlook their optimism grew considerably (this may have been attributable to seasonal effects, however). For the coming months they expect a further increase in sales and more firms are planning to take on ad-ditional staff. Factors that constrain business activity are primarily the lack of spe-cialists as well as inadequate demand.
