Ifo Business Survey for October 2007

In German industry and trade, the business climate worsened somewhat in October. The enterprises judged their current business situation a little less positively than in September, but their appraisals are still above the long-term average. The business expectations reflect an unchanged caution. These results point to a continuation of the upswing although the cyclical dynamics will be weaker.
