World economy: Climate indicator falls again

According to the latest results of the Ifo World Economic Survey, the world economy climate will weaken in the first half of 2005. Both the expectations and the assessments for the current situation weakened, on average, in the observed 90 countries. On the whole, however, the results do not indicate a recession but only a temporary growth slowdown.
