Business climate cools

The east German wholesale businesses are not satisfied with their business conditions and are also more sceptical regarding the business outlook. With increased inventory pressure they have revised their ordering plans downwards. However, they see chances to raise sale prices in the coming months as do their colleagues in the west. In both survey areas the participants expect further personnel reductions.
