EPD service providers: Upswing in economic activity gains pace

According to the 36th business survey of EDP service providers taken in January and February 2004, the economic recovery is becoming increasingly apparent in the German software and service industry. In the fourth quarter, the business climate improved for the fourth time in succession and the climate is now as good as it was two years age.
