Improved expectations in producer-industrial-customer trade

Western German wholesalers judged the current business situation somewhat more negatively in May. Inventory pressure, which had decreased since autumn of last year, has made itself felt more strongly. In the business expectations reduced pessimism was expressed, but this was only in trade between producers and industrial customers, whereas the prospects for consumer goods clouded somewhat.
