Climate improvement in producer-industrial customer trade

In western Germany wholesaling the improvement of business conditions is to be put down to the very positive development in the food and beverage field as well as in producer-industrial customer trade, whereas poorer conditions were reported for consumer durable and non-durable goods. The same differences were to be found with the business expectations, which have improved for the fourth time in a row. Since inventory pressure has again made itself felt more, however, the order plans continue to be constrictive.
