Scepticism returns

In western Germany manufacturing the current business situation was appraised a bit more negatively. With regard to the business outlook, the pessimistic voices have gained a slight balance, but with capital goods producers estimating their prospects much less sceptically than in February. The enterprises only expect limited impulses from export business. Since order reserves have also worsened, with the exception of capital goods, production plans have been revised downwards.
