Budding optimism in the leasing industry - are investors coming out of their reserve?

According to the results of the most recent Ifo Business Survey in Leasing, the course of business has worsened somewhat, but the enterprises were satisfied with the current situation on the whole. With regard to the prospects in the coming half year the survey participants expressed increased confidence. Every third enterprise expects a more favourable business situation, the majority (65%) expects no changes, and only another 2% (previous quarter: 20%) see their perspectives as rather bleak. With a balance of +31% the confident voices now clearly dominate.
