Slowdown continues

The survey responses from west Germany wholesaling point to a clear worsening of the business climate, both in west and east Germany. Whereas in west Germany turnover surpassed the previous-year level, in east Germany it failed to do so. In both areas inventory pressure grew and order plans are constrictive.
