Management training as an element of structural change in owner-operated retail enterprises

The Ifo Institute has examined the work of a private foundation whose primary task is the training of managers and promoting junior management in owner-operated retail enterprises. This article presents the results of the study in terms of the general questions of management training, comparing them with the current training options available on the market and presenting the competitive situation of this economic sector.
