Industrie (Ost): Freundlicheres Geschäftsklima

In east Germany, assessments of the current business situation improved as well as confidence regarding the business outlook. Nevertheless, plans to expand production are the exception. In west Germany, production plans indicate no change in output. Firms in both survey panels expect slowing producer prices increases in coming months.
