The survey is a complete population survey with a representation of more than 90% in terms of new policies.

Survey collects primary data.
Results
Results are published in ifo Schnelldienst and daily newspapers and business journals. The data collected form the basis of the ifo Investment Forecast (ifo Investorenrechnung) based on the user concept. The data are also included in the National Accounts of the Federal Statistical Office.
