Thomas Fackler, economist at the ifo Center for Industrial Economics and New Technologies, together with his co-authors Markus Nagler, Martin Watzinger, and Monika Schnitzer, received the 2021 AEJ Policy Best Paper Award for the paper "How Antitrust Enforcement Can Spur Innovation: Bell Labs and the 1956 Consent Decree."
